Smart-RT™ now runs on GPU: a single radiograph processes quickly.

For a batch, total time mostly depends on:

  • the number of radiographs in the batch (the pipeline is parallelized);
  • your queue position if several analyses are requested at the same time;
  • the DICOM file size and its resolution.

The progress dialog shows the live status of each radiograph and your queue position.

Smart-RT™ evaluates 6 criteria:

  1. Marking — match between observed and expected marking
  2. Density — high and low within standard bounds
  3. IQI — reference wire visibility
  4. Shooting technique — matches expected technique
  5. Defects — probability acceptable per the standard
  6. Mark-in-ZAT — marking outside the heat-affected zone

Global conformity is false as soon as a single criterion fails.

Smart-RT™ supports the main industry standards:

  • RCC-M (levels 1, 2, 3)
  • CST 53.C.030 (Q1, Q2, Q3, QC cat.0 / outside cat.0, crossed with EN/RCC-M)
  • EN 13445-5 (normal, cyclic loads, creep)
  • EN 13480-5 (normal, fatigue, creep)
  • CODETI (Div.1 cat.A/B1/B2)
  • CODAP (Div.1, Div.2, cat.A/B1/B2)
  • ASME (I, IX, VIII Div.1/2, B31.1, B31.3)
  • EN 17636, API 1104, AWS D1.1

Standards are organized as a hierarchical tree. Selecting a parent applies broader criteria; a child level applies specific ones.
